When Trump was elected President, he said that he would make huge reforms in all spheres of living in the American society. Now he is starting to implement his promises.
We know that always will be some people that approve and some people will don’t approve the steps that Trump is making, but he is our president, and the American people choose him to make America great again.
In a speech in Iowa Trump, said that he’s going to ask Congress to write some legislation that will bar those coming to America from tapping into taxpayer entitlements for five years.
“I believe the time has come for new immigration rules which say those seeking admission into our country must be able to support themselves financially and should not use welfare for a period of at least five years,” Trump said to raucous applause from the roughly 6,000 supporters who flocked to his Iowa rally.
With this statement, Trump wants to bolster the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, giving federal authorities the ability to deport those coming to this nation who take taxpayer welfare benefits within their first five in-country years. Previous administrations have watered this act. Trump only wants to underscore it and reignite it.
The political battle is started, so get ready for the changes!
